Data quality from capture
Verify contact details within your pop-ups
Improve data quality while the visitor fills out the form. Add the necessary fields and activate their verification before incorporating contacts into your sales process. Each type of data requires a different check:
Verify emails when attracting subscribers
It’s not enough for an email address to have an at. Email verification helps detect invalid addresses and distinguish valid, risky, or unknown results. Configure how to treat each result to improve the quality of your list.
Verify phone numbers on recruitment forms
Validate phone numbers with the appropriate method: format syntactic check, network information HLR query or MNP to identify the operator after a port. The information available depends on the method and coverage.
Verify first and last names
Check the names collected in your forms to detect inconsistent entries and improve the quality of the data you use to personalize messages. Name validation does not prove a person’s identity.
Validate postal addresses
When your capture requires an address, incorporate postal validation to help detect errors and standardize the data. Request this field only if it is necessary for the service or commercial action.
Enable verification on any pop-up with the supported fields in our editor. If you already use a form or pop-up from another provider, check out the data verification integration via widget or API: its implementation depends on the capabilities of that tool.
Verification reduces uncertainty about the data; it does not guarantee the delivery of each message or replace the consent or confirmation of ownership of the contact.

Pop-ups for Shopify
Product Recommendations and Cross-Selling on Shopify
Connect your catalog and display products within the pop-up: manual selection, collections or automatic recommendations according to the chosen strategy. Combine product discovery and lead capture in your online store.
Use the context of the page or cart to present a relevant offer. The product block allows you to display images, prices and purchase options, without reducing the pop-up to a newsletter form.
Which products to recommend at each time of purchase
Related and similar products
Show alternatives to the product consulted to facilitate the comparison and discovery of your catalog.
Complementary products and cross-selling
Feature items that match the visited product. Supplemental recommendations require you to set up the corresponding relationships in Shopify Search Discovery.
Recommendations according to cart
Suggest products from the last item added. Accompany the message with a promotion or a free shipping bar when it fits with your business strategy.
Products seen, news and trends
It helps to retake visited products or presents new products from the catalog. Strategies based on history require analytical consent; trends need to accumulate data.
Cross-selling offers add-ons; upselling offers a higher-value option. Choose the right selection and rules for your goal. Recommendations don’t imply guaranteed upselling.

From acquisition to your campaigns
Capture leads for your marketing and automation tools
The pop-up is the contact’s entry point into your automation strategy. Define the data you need, collect consent, and set up the destination to continue your welcome, segmentation, or follow-up process.
Save the captured contacts and connect the marketing integrations available in your account. Set up the destination and field mapping to continue your campaigns and follow-up processes. In Shopify, with the appropriate permissions and connection, you can create or update customers with their marketing consent and tags.

Measure the conversion and quality of the leads captured
Review impressions, clicks, and conversion by pop-up and device. See each contact and the verification status of their fields to distinguish the number of records from the quality of the data captured.
Use this information to adjust the message, requested fields, and opening rules. A larger list doesn’t always mean more business opportunities.
Frequently asked questions about pop-ups and data verification
What differentiates these pop-ups from a conventional subscription form?
They combine the design and publication of the pop-up with the verification services of VerifyEmails. You can check email, phone, name and address during the capture and keep the result next to the contact.
Can I verify emails, phone numbers and names in the same pop-up?
Yes. Add the supported fields and activate the verification you need for each one. It is not mandatory to ask for all the data: request only the data you will use in your business process.
Is validating an email the same as confirming its ownership?
No. The technical verification evaluates the address and its status, but does not prove that the visitor controls that mailbox. Confirmation by link or double opt-in serves a different function and can complement your recruitment process.
What happens if a piece of data fails verification?
The form’s policy allows you to block the submission or accept the registration with a warning, depending on the configuration and the result. Also review pending or unknown statuses: they should not be interpreted as confirmed data.
Can you create pop-ups to recommend products on Shopify?
Yes. You can select products, collections, or automated strategies, such as similar, complementary, and cart-based recommendations. Some require additional setup or consent; review Shopify’s guide before activating them.
Do I need to schedule to publish a pop-up in WordPress?
You design the pop-up from the visual editor. In WordPress you must install the code on your website once; then you manage the pop-ups of the domain from the platform. This installation is not equivalent to a native Elementor plugin.
Does verification include permission to send campaigns?
No. Technically valid data does not imply consent to receive marketing. Set up the appropriate information and capture permissions for your use; verifying the contact is not a substitute for that management.
Can I get started with a free plan?
Yes. The service offers a free plan with usage limits. Check out Pop Up’s plans for the impressions, pop-ups, and verifications included in each modality.
