Every time you verify an email we will deduct one credit from your pack.
You can buy as many packs as you want to validate as many mails as you need. The packs are piling up.
In the packs there are no registration fees or permanencies.
The larger the pack, the lower the price of checking mail.
Email verification packs cannot be used in other verification services (phone numbers, names, postal addresses…).

How much do the credits cost to check emails?

At VerificaEmails, you can purchase only the credits necessary to verify the emails you wish to confirm. Through our system of packs, you have the possibility of recharging new credits whenever you need them, thus accumulating the content of the packs.

In the table above, you will find the cost of the packs available for mail verification.
Suppose you want to validate 25,000 emails. In this case, you can purchase a set of 15,000 verifications and another set of 10,000 verifications.

Our recommendation is that you purchase the set that exceeds the number of emails you plan to validate. This way, you will always get a more economical price per unit and you will also have additional credits for future validations.

In what currency do I contract the packs?

The prices of the sets to verify mail are expressed in euros. As for the payment platform, we use STRIPE, a system that takes care of the automatic currency conversion, so you don’t have to worry about it.

At the end of the checkout process, you will be shown the amount you must pay to purchase a mail verification set.

How long do the mail check packs last?

You have at your disposal a period of one year to use the email verification sets you have contracted.

In the event that you recharge within the current year, the remaining unused validations will be automatically added to the new set you have contracted, thus avoiding the loss of credits.

Through our online platform, you will be able to recharge credits at any time you need.

How can I get an invoice for my purchases?

The invoice generation process is fully automated. Once you have completed the checkout process and your payment has been accepted, you can find your invoice in the “My Orders” section.

Simply select the “Invoice” option and you will be able to download a PDF file with the corresponding invoice.

What payment method do you accept?

Email verification packs are paid by credit card.

The payment platform is STRIPE. This platform performs all payment control and guarantees the security of all your transactions.

Due to these security standards, cards are sometimes not accepted.

If you can’t get your card accepted, use the chat and we will give you an alternative payment mechanism.

Why is my card not accepted?

We use the STRIPE payment platform, one of the leading online payment platforms. This platform allows us to offer a high level of coverage and security to protect your transactions.

However, due to established security standards, some cards may be rejected. We recommend that you make sure you enter your company information correctly, including the zip code of the purchase, and verify that it matches the information associated with the card.

In case you are unable to complete the purchase, we recommend you to use the chat to contact us. We will be happy to assist you and explore other alternative payment mechanisms you may use.

It is important to note that we recommend payment by credit card, since credit recharges are automatic and once payment has been made, you will have the credits available to check e-mails immediately.

How long does it take for the credits to load?

Once the payment is accepted, the credits are automatically credited to your account.
